Sienna is only 12 years old, but she has already endured more medical procedures than most people could imagine in a lifetime.

She was born with only half a heart. According to her family, since the day she entered the world she has undergone more than 50 surgeries involving her heart, brain, spine and more — spending much of her childhood in hospitals instead of simply being able to be a child.

Her condition has left her unable to walk, talk or eat. Every day requires extraordinary care, yet behind the hospital rooms, medical equipment and difficult moments is a young girl whose smile can still light up the people around her.

Her family recently received devastating news. They say they were told there is a 50/50 chance that Sienna will survive until her 13th birthday next year. It is an unimaginable reality for any family to carry, especially while also facing the everyday financial pressure that comes with caring for a child with such complex needs.

Right now, their priority is simple: make the time they have with Sienna count. They want to fill her days with love, laughter, comfort and experiences she can share with the people who adore her — family days out, special trips, adapted equipment when needed, and precious moments together that can become memories they will hold onto forever.

That is why this campaign is asking for help. Every contribution, no matter the size, can help ease some of the pressure surrounding Sienna’s care and give her family more space to focus on what matters most: being together.
